THERAPIST : SUE ROGAN
I joined the wonderful world of massage and wellbeing in 2016 after 25 years running a family business within the building industry.
In 2015 I took a big leap of faith and I enrolled and completed my Certificate in Relaxation Massage and Indian Head Massage.
This year I started my journey into Reiki and completed my first degree in the Usui Shiki Ryoho system with my Reiki Master – Cathy Cremens in Christchurch. I plan to complete my second degree later on this year. With this new direction I will be concentrating on Reiki, Indian Head Massage and Facial Treatments. With some small areas of relaxation massage work as listed in my services.
I love to spend my free time with friends and family, travelling within New Zealand and Australia to catch up with them all. My sons are both grown up and have well left the nest, but are still in Christchurch. I like to socialise with friends, enjoy making gifts, reading and walks in New Zealand’s nature. I love all kinds of movies and have a small wine collection that I enjoy.
I have always had a connection with people and love to be there and to help and support the people in my life. I feel a special connection with the elderly and I would like to do some volunteer work with rest homes in the future.
Time To Blossom is fully set up in a private studio in Huntsbury. With gift vouchers and package deals available.
I look forward to meeting all new clients and to give you a wonderful tailored treatment … just for you!
What Clients Say …
Sue came to me as a client and her interest was sparked as she looked for another career avenue. Such a brave thing to step out of 25 years in the building industry and leap into wellbeing.
Sue is warm, friendly and determined to give you the best treatment. What I love about her massage is she is 100% with you and that is reflected in the flow of the session. I am proud of what she has, and is achieving, as she adds to her skill base constantly. How fortunate am I, that Sue chooses to work back here at Reflexable where the journey began.Michelle
I was introduced to Sue when she contacted me and gave me the full breakdown of her Indian Head Massage assignment and asked me to take part as a case study, which I welcomed with open arms. I have had a lot of massage over the years and I would recommend Sue to any prospective client.
The four massages that Sue has given me have increased in quality each time, to the point of the last which resulted in me falling asleep. Sue was always very good at explaining what was going to happen, what oils where being used and always made contact afterwards to ensure everything was OK. The massage flowed nicely and the pressure applied was perfect. After the first massage I was able to provide some feedback which Sue took on board and carried it through for the period in which she worked on me.
After each massage a feedback sheet was completed and from memory I don’t believe a lot needed to change after the first week.
I wish Sue all the very best with her new venture of Indian Head Massage, and I look forward to seeing her again soon 🙂
I was a fellow student of Susan Rogan at the New Zealand College of Massage, and as I learned alongside her I saw how her skills rapidly grew. With her empathetic, bubbly personality she has a gift in creating a rapport with clients, and a steady and balancing quality of touch in her massage treatments. I would happily recommend Sue as a massage therapist to any of my friends and family.Anna M
