Reiki is a simple and natural hand’s on practice that supports the bodys wellbeing and its self-healing ability.

It can also assist in stress relief, anxiety, insomnia, pain relief and revitalising tired energy levels.

Reiki is a Japanese technique.

The word Reiki is made up of two words. Rei which means “God’s wisdom or the Higher Power” and Ki which is “Life Force Energy”. Reiki goes to where it is needed the most within the body, to assist in healing the body and mind.

Reiki is done with the client either lying down on a massage table (preferred) or sitting in a chair comfortably and the client remains fully clothed throughout the treatment. This involves lightly placing my hands on the body or just above to allow the free flow of energy.

Reiki is a great stress reliever.

You will benefit from regular and multiple Reiki treatments. Either a 60 minutes session or 30 minutes with an extra add on service like a Foot/Hand Massage or an Indian Head Massage.
